About the Role:
Abhasa Rehab & Wellness is looking for compassionate and dedicated Psychologists to join our growing online mental health team. If you are passionate about providing evidence-based psychological care and enjoy working in a client-centered environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online psychological assessments and therapy sessions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case records.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and senior psychologists for integrated care.
- Provide psychoeducation to clients and caregivers.
- Ensure ethical practice, confidentiality, and professional standards in all interactions.
Requirements:
- M.Sc. in Clinical, Applied, or Counselling Psychology.
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience (rehabilitation or hospital experience preferred).
- Proficiency in 4 or more languages to support clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.
