Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through effective cold calling, networking, and relationship building.
- Identify and approach potential customers to expand the client base.
- Schedule appointments independently and conduct in-person client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and post-sales support.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and reports in the CRM/database.
- Track sales progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market reach and customer acquisition.
- Ensure high levels of professionalism while representing the company during client interactions.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Pay: ₹350,948.59 - ₹1,073,008.99 per year
