About the Role At SkilliZee, we're shaping India's next generation of entrepreneurial thinkers — and we need a Senior Mentor to lead that charge for students in grades 5–9. This is not a conventional teaching role. You'll be the driving force behind young minds learning to think like builders: nurturing curiosity, problem-solving, innovation, and resilience through hands-on sessions, real programs, and genuine relationships with students and parents alike.
What You'll Own ● Lead Entrepreneurial Learning — Design and deliver online and offline sessions that build future-ready skills — ideation, problem-solving, innovation, and applied thinking — well beyond rote learning.
● Coach Through Feedback — Review LMS submissions and deliver feedback that sharpens both academic understanding and entrepreneurial instinct.
● Build Real Relationships — Make proactive, empathetic care calls to students and parents, bringing them into the future-skills journey as partners, not spectators.
● Track What Matters — Monitor engagement and skill-development metrics closely, catching early signs when a student needs extra support.
Who We're Looking For
● 2–3 years of experience in mentoring, coaching, teaching, or student success — ed-tech, schools, or coaching institutes preferred. Experience with entrepreneurship, innovation, or experiential learning programs is a strong plus.
● A genuine believer in entrepreneurial education — someone who can inspire students to build, not just absorb.
● A confident communicator, equally comfortable presenting to groups on-camera and in person.
● Hands-on familiarity with LMS platforms, video conferencing tools, and progress-tracking software.
● A natural problem-solver — empathetic, proactive, and genuinely invested in student outcomes.
● Sharp time-management instincts to balance session delivery, tracking, and relationship-building without dropping a thread.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per hour
