Site Supervisor (Building Construction)
Location: Defence Colony Meerut
Reporting To: Owner
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day construction activities at building sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising execution, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining safety and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Supervision
- Supervise all on-site construction activities (RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, etc.)
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications
- Check line, level, alignment, and structural dimensions
- Monitor progress as per project schedule
Quality Control
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and approved materials
- Conduct material inspection and testing (cement, steel, concrete slump, cube testing, etc.)
- Maintain quality checklists and inspection reports
Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and contractors
- Resolve site-level technical issues
- Assist in planning and sequencing of activities
Quantity & Billing
- Prepare and verify work quantities
- Assist in contractor billing and measurement sheets
- Monitor material consumption and wastage control
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure safety standards are followed at site
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations
Documentation
- Maintain daily site reports
- Maintain drawing records and revisions
- Track material inward/outward register
- Assist in preparing project progress reports
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 2-6 years experience in residential/commercial building projects
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and site execution
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Excel
- Good understanding of BOQ and construction drawings

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
