Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dental team. The candidate will assist dentists during procedures, maintain sterilization standards, prepare treatment areas, and ensure smooth patient flow. Freshers with relevant training are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Support:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures (extractions, RCT, implants, scaling, etc.)
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
- Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols
- Take dental X-rays (if trained)
- Ensure proper documentation of patient records
Patient Care:
- Prepare patients for treatment
- Provide post-operative instructions
- Maintain patient comfort and reassurance
Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in a dental clinic or hospital
- Basic knowledge of dental instruments and procedures
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
Skills Required
- Knowledge of sterilization procedures
- Chairside assisting skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Teamwork and coordination
- Time management
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Experience in implant cases assistance
- Knowledge of dental software
