Key Responsibilities:
- Theoretical & Practical Teaching: Teach Biology to classes 11–12, covering topics like Molecular Biology, Genetics, and Ecology in detail.
- Lab Management: Conduct and supervise laboratory experiments, dissections, and practical exams, ensuring safety protocols.
- Curriculum Focus: Prepare students for NEET and board exams with a focus on conceptual understanding.
- Curriculum Mapping: Create lesson plans, worksheets, and presentations aligned with NCERT and 21st-century teaching skills.
- Project Guidance: Mentor students in science exhibitions, research projects, and extracurricular initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational: Master’s Degree in Biology/Life Sciences/Biotechnology + B.Ed..
- Experience: Proven experience preparing students for senior board exams (often 3+ years).
- Skills: Expertise in handling lab equipment, strong communication, and ability to guide NEET-level prep.
