The Role
We're looking for a modern-age Technical Program Manager with 5+ Years of experince to own the execution layer of our Procurement and Vendor Operations.
This is not a roadmap or product strategy role. Instead, you'll be responsible for:
- Driving day-to-day execution
- Keeping vendor commitments on track
- Removing blockers before work stalls
- Maintaining complete visibility into project status
- Communicating risks proactively
We're looking for someone who doesn't just identify problems—but uses AI tools to transform raw information into dashboards, charts, and visual insights that clearly communicate issues and drive action.
The technical expectation is intentionally light. You won't be writing production code, but you should be comfortable learning enough technical knowledge to:
- Triage support issues
- Review basic logs
- Understand simple configurations
- Determine whether an issue requires engineering support
