Core Responsibilities
- Daily Bookkeeping: Processing invoices, managing receipts, and recording daily financial transactions in Odoo/Zoho.
- Banking & Reconciliation: Conducting bank reconciliations and tracking accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Compliance Support: Assisting with statutory compliance, including the preparation of basic data for GST filing and regular tax computations.
- Documentation & Filing: Maintaining systematic physical and digital records of all vouchers, bills, and financial statements.
- Month-End Closing: Supporting senior finance team members with monthly closing activities and variance analysis.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or a related field.
- Technical Toolkit:
- Hands-on experience with Odoo or Zoho Books is mandatory.
- Familiarity with Tally Prime / ERP 9 is a strong advantage.
- Solid proficiency in MS Excel
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, high ethical standards, and effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
