· Sales target achievement of company.
· Handling of dealer network
· Visiting market regularly and updating of market intelligence.
· Visiting Lost Customers.
· Coordinating between Service & Sales.
· Coordinating with plant team for production Planning & ensuring timely dispatch.
· Carrying of various promotional activities.
· Analyzing data making marketing Strategies.
· Coordinating with Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd officers
· Responsible for maintenance and repairs on all generators and diesel engines
· Installing and commissioning new generators at site.
· Knowledge of DG testing from 5 KVA to 350 KVA (Single and Double Phase).
· Sales Coverage areas would be Dharbhanga, Muzzafarpur and Purnea.
