About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to join our Admissions team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong administrative abilities, and a passion for helping students make informed educational decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs and admission procedures.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Guide applicants through the admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Maintain accurate student records and admission-related documentation.
- Draft professional emails and correspondence.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure a smooth admission experience.
- Prepare reports and maintain data using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Participate in admission events, student outreach activities, and campus visits.
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
- 0–3 years of experience, preferably in an educational or academic institution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong email drafting and documentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working in admissions, student services, or educational counseling.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
