Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, strong typing skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records. The candidate will be responsible for managing large datasets, preparing reports, and ensuring data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in Excel and internal systems.
- Prepare and manage Excel reports on a daily basis.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and verification.
- Use Excel formulas and functions for data analysis.
- Create Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic dashboards.
- Organize and maintain digital records and files.
- Generate MIS reports as required.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and update information.
- Maintain confidentiality of company data.
- Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
