Senior Sales Manager – Education (Offline & Online Enrollment)
Experience Required: 5+ Years in Hardcore Sales Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Sales Manager with strong experience in hardcore sales and team leadership.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving revenue, leading high-performing sales teams, and managing student enrollments for both offline and online verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and drive the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets Take full ownership (POC) of team performance and revenue growth Develop and implement aggressive sales strategies to increase student enrollments
Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, counseling, follow-ups, and closures Engage directly with students and parents to guide them through the enrollment process (offline & online programs)
Track sales KPIs, prepare reports, and present performance insights to senior management
Ensure strong communication within the team and across departments Identify new market opportunities and expand the student base Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in hardcore sales with consistent target achievement
Strong team leadership and team-driving capabilities Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills Experience in education sales or student enrollment (preferred) Ability to handle pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
