Job Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting and executing various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, employee engagement, statutory compliance, performance management, and employee relations. The role ensures smooth HR operations and adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Staffing
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and consultants.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Employee Onboarding & Induction
- Complete joining formalities and documentation.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Create and maintain employee personnel files.
- Coordinate ID cards, email creation, and access requirements.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance and biometric records.
- Verify leave applications and maintain leave records.
- Prepare monthly attendance reports.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding absenteeism and irregular attendance.
Payroll Support
- Prepare and verify payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with accounts/payroll teams for salary processing.
- Monitor salary advances, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Assist in full and final settlement processes.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and concerns.
- Support employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in grievance handling and disciplinary processes.
- Promote a positive work environment.
HR Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Update HRMIS and employee databases.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Compliance & Statutory Requirements
- Support compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Maintain records related to PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory requirements.
- Assist during audits and inspections.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory documents.
Performance Management
- Coordinate probation reviews and confirmations.
- Assist in annual performance appraisals.
- Track employee KPI/KRA submissions.
- Maintain appraisal records and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in healthcare/hospital industry preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Recruitment and interview coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR software.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
