Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Business Studies Faculty to teach high-school students across international curricula including IB (HL & SL), IGCSE, and AS/A Levels courses.
- Deliver structured, engaging, and concept-driven lessons aligned with international academic standards.
- Foster a student-centric learning environment focused on business acumen, case-based thinking, critical reasoning, and real-world application.
- Regularly assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, tests, and projects, and offer targeted academic support.
- Maintain consistent communication with students and parents to share feedback, guidance, and academic updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop curriculum content, exam preparation material, and assignment repositories.
Subject Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or Economics required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience with a strong command of Business Studies concepts.
- Familiarity with international academic standards and assessment methods (IB, IGCSE, AS/A Levels).
- Prior experience with online instruction and comfort with digital teaching tools.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to cater to diverse learning needs and levels.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
