Job Summary:
Digital Amigos is looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller / Lead Nurturer to follow up on course inquiries, schedule demos and convert leads into student admissions or agency clients. You will be responsible for daily outbound and inbound calls, maintaining CRM records and ensuring all leads are engaged professionally and promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call potential students and clients from leads generated via ads, forms, and WhatsApp
- Explain course offerings or agency services and answer queries clearly
- Schedule demo classes or consultations with trainers or experts
- Maintain a follow-up tracker and update lead status in CRM/Google Sheet
- Support field promotions and event coordination with the BD team
- Assist in welcoming walk-ins and collecting inquiry data
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass or graduate with strong verbal communication skills
- Fluent in Hindi, English preferred.
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or counseling preferred
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Web, basic Excel or Google Sheets
- Polite, convincing tone and proactive attitude
