Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & qualifying the companies based on their products & services, company revenue, employee strength etc. and generating prospectus leads from the assigned territory/industry.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for engineering services
- Engage with prospective clients, understand technical requirements
- Co-ordination with Pre-sales team for custom PPT and other documentation
- Ability to identify the key decision makers and develop long – term relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, particularly in the Machinery and Transportation sectors
- Conduct market research and support sales strategies for the German and European markets
- Maintain CRM records and track sales activities and pipelines
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Engineering graduates
- 1–3 years of experience in selling engineering services
- Prior sales experience in Machinery and Transportation verticals is preferred
- Experience working with the German market is highly desirable
- German language proficiency at A2 / B1 level is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in using tools like LinkedIn sales navigator, salesforce etc.
- Strong learning mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a technical sales environment
