Dianora, a TV manufacturing company in Alappuzha, is looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee overall business operations, production coordination, team management, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the manufacturing unit
- Oversee production, store, sales, and administrative activities
- Monitor operational efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate with department heads and management team
- Ensure timely production and dispatch processes
- Handle staff supervision, planning, and reporting
- Support business growth and process improvement initiatives
- Maintain operational standards and company policies
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in management roles
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Good communication and team management ability
- Knowledge of operations, inventory, and workflow management
- Basic computer and reporting skills required
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
