Role Overview
We are looking for a Cutting Helper to assist the master cutter and cutting incharge in daily operations. The role involves supporting cutting activities, handling fabric, and maintaining cleanliness in the workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist master cutter during cutting by layering fabric.
- Handle bundling and organizing cut pieces.
- Bring and place fabric rolls for cutting.
- Support in managing cutting schedules and workflow.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the cutting area.
Requirements
- Prior experience in garment/fabric cutting assistance preferred but not mandatory.
- Physically fit to handle fabric rolls and cutting tasks.
- Disciplined, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Team player with a supportive attitude.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience)
