Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a L2 Support Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. Our client is a company that specializes in providing lodging and accommodation solutions.
It is a senior support engineer with strong technical and team collaboration skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, teammates, and senior management. The primary focus will be hands-on level two support for technical application issues, troubleshooting to identify causes, and providing evidence to assist developers in addressing software issues in applications. The engineer will participate in implementing scalability, stability, and performance improvements, identify code fixes, and share knowledge with other production support team members. This role requires availability for after-hours escalation meetings and discussions as needed.
The Ukrainian team is working on a different shift rotation. It can include weekends. Daily on the client's side is at 3-5 pm Ukraine time.
