We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Voice Coach cum Trainer to join our International Process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering voice & accent training, communication skills enhancement, and soft skills coaching to employees handling international customers. The role requires strong training abilities, excellent spoken English, and a willingness to work in night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Voice & Accent training for new hires and existing employees.
- Improve pronunciation, fluency, grammar, articulation, and communication skills.
- Deliver training on international customer service standards and call-handling techniques.
- Conduct mock calls, role plays, and voice assessments to evaluate trainee performance.
- Monitor live and recorded calls and provide constructive feedback.
- Design and update training modules, presentations, and learning materials.
- Conduct refresher training and performance improvement programs.
- Coach employees on empathy, active listening, problem-solving, and professional communication.
- Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to identify training needs.
- Track trainee progress and prepare training effectiveness reports.
- Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Voice & Accent Training and International Customer Service standards.
- Proficiency in presentation, facilitation, and coaching techniques.
- Ability to mentor and motivate employees to improve performance.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience as a Voice Coach, Communication Trainer, Process Trainer, or Soft Skills Trainer in an International BPO/Call Center environment.
- Experience with US, UK, Australian, or other international processes will be an added
