Roles & Responsibilities
Attend 200–250 customer calls daily and provide accurate information.
Explain products/services and address customer queries.
Maintain accurate call records and CRM updates.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Key Requirements
Fluency in Malayalam, Tamil, English & Hindi.
Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience.
Laptop and stable WiFi connection are mandatory.
Good communication and persuasion skills.
Comfortable working from home and target-oriented environment.
