- Manage complete day-to-day workshop operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of service activities and workshop productivity.
- Monitor service quality and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Maintain proper workflow and workshop discipline.
- Ensure all vehicles are serviced according to company standards.
Team Management
- Supervise technicians, service advisors, washing staff, and workshop employees.
- Allocate jobs to technicians according to skills and workload.
- Conduct daily team meetings and monitor staff performance.
- Train workshop staff regarding service quality and customer handling.
- Maintain positive coordination among all departments.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
