Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises, including meeting rooms, reception, and common areas.
- Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and clients.
- Handle routine errands such as document filing, photocopying, scanning, and distributing files or correspondence.
- Assist legal staff with basic clerical tasks as needed.
- Ensure that office supplies and pantry items are stocked and replenished regularly.
- Collect and deliver documents from/to courts, government offices, or other law firms, as assigned.
- Support in organizing meetings by setting up meeting rooms and ensuring materials are in place.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with legal documents or client information.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
