We are looking for a motivated Placement Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with companies, generating placement opportunities, coordinating interviews, and supporting students throughout the placement process.
Roles & Responsibilities
Connect with HR teams and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with companies and recruitment partners.
Generate job opportunities and placement requirements for students.
Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, and placement activities.
Share suitable candidate profiles with employers.
Guide students on resume preparation and interview readiness.
Follow up with candidates and employers for interview feedback and joining updates.
Organize placement drives, career sessions, and employer interactions.
Maintain placement records, reports, and candidate databases.
Work closely with training teams to ensure students are industry-ready.
Achieve placement targets and support overall placement activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate/MBA preferred.
0–3 years of experience in Placement, Recruitment, HR, Talent Acquisition, or Corporate Relations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination and relationship management abilities.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
Proficiency in MS Office.
