This role needs to have a strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture, integration and technical design, and security and compliance frameworks to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic leader, guiding design decisions, ensuring best practices, and enabling seamless integration across systems while maintaining strict adherence to governance and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and define end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture, ensuring scalable, high-performing solutions.
- Establish and govern architecture standards, best practices, and design principles
- Design and oversee integration solutions and technical architecture (OIC, APIs, data flows, interoperability
- Define and enforce security, compliance, and risk frameworks (access control, SoD, audit readiness)
- Act as the architectural authority, driving design decisions, reviews, and governance
- Collaborate with stakeholders and guide teams on solution design, integrations, and custom extensions (e.g., VBCS)
- Support full lifecycle delivery and drive continuous improvement, optimization, and Redwood-aligned UX adoption
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong expertise in designing end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture for scalable, high-performing solutions.
- Deep knowledge of OIC, APIs, data flows, and system interoperability for enterprise-wide integrations.
- Ability to define, enforce, and govern architecture standards, best practices, and design principles.
- Strong understanding of access control, segregation of duties (SoD), audit readiness, and risk/compliance frameworks.
- Capability to guide design decisions, conduct architecture reviews, and act as the technical authority.
- Experience with Oracle tools such as Fusion, VBCS, and related cloud services for extensions and enhancements.
- Experience in supporting end-to-end delivery, including design, implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with Redwood UX adoption and driving modern, user-friendly solution designs.
- Strong ability to work with business and technical teams to align architecture with business goals.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to lead teams, influence decisions, and drive long-term architecture vision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Oracle Cloud certifications (preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- 10+ years of experience in Engineering, IT, and/or Web Application development
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
