Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to guide students and parents regarding our educational programs and convert enquiries into admissions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, counselling ability, and a passion for sales and student success.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and direct meetings.
* Counsel students and parents about courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
* Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
* Follow up with prospective students and maintain lead records.
* Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
* Coordinate with the admissions and academic team for smooth onboarding.
* Maintain accurate data in CRM or admission software.
* Conduct seminars, webinars, and promotional activities when required.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
* Provide timely reports to management regarding lead conversion and sales performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* Minimum [1–2] years experience in academic counselling, sales, telecalling, or customer relations preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
* Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
* Fluency in English and Kannada preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
