Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Physics Teacher for a CBSE-affiliated school to teach Classes XI & XII, ensure strong conceptual understanding, and prepare students for board exams along with basic JEE/NEET support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Physics to senior secondary students (Class 11 & 12) as per CBSE curriculum
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and question papers
- Conduct practical sessions and manage Physics lab activities
- Assess and evaluate student performance regularly
- Provide doubt-solving sessions and academic guidance
- Support students in board exam preparation and basic competitive exam readiness
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment
- Participate in school activities, PTMs, and academic meetings
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Postgraduate in Physics (M.Sc. Physics) with B.Ed. (mandatory for CBSE schools)
- Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum and exam pattern
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and effective manner
- Basic exposure to JEE/NEET level concepts will be an added advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in CBSE-affiliated school
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring students
- Tech-savvy (smart boards, online teaching tools)
