Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled MIS & Automation Executive to develop, maintain, and automate business systems across the organization. The candidate will be responsible for creating smart data management solutions, dashboards, workflows, and digital tools that improve operational efficiency and support the company's ERP development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain business systems using Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Apps Script.
Create and automate MIS, IMS, PMS, FMS, reports, dashboards, and workflow systems.
Develop dynamic dashboards for management and operational teams.
Build automated reporting systems and data validation processes.
Analyze business requirements and convert manual processes into digital solutions.
Integrate website data with Google Sheets using APIs and automation tools.
Support ERP development and business process automation projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues and user requirements.
Coordinate with departments to improve data visibility and process efficiency.
Maintain and support company IT assets and related systems.
Required Skills
Advanced Excel & Google Sheets
Google Apps Script & Automation
Dashboards, Pivot Tables, Queries, Lookups & Data Analysis
Basic coding knowledge
Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude AI)
Knowledge of API Keys & API Integration
Ability to integrate Website data with Google Sheets
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualification & Experience
Graduate / BCA / B.Sc. (CS/IT) / MCA or equivalent
3+ years of experience in MIS, Automation, or Business Systems
Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
