Hostel Warden
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and caring Hostel Warden to manage the day-to-day operations of the hostel and ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for students. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills and be capable of handling hostel administration effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage hostel residents and maintain discipline.
- Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all students.
- Monitor hostel cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance.
- Maintain hostel records, attendance, and visitor registers.
- Coordinate with school/college management regarding hostel operations.
- Handle student concerns, emergencies, and disciplinary matters.
- Oversee housekeeping, kitchen, and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with hostel rules and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience as a Hostel Warden or in hostel administration is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a residential environment.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
