Ashesh Arora Studios is a purpose-driven creative production studio operating at the intersection of visual storytelling, brand identity, and filmmaking. We partner with founders, brands, and cultural institutions that value how stories are told as much as what they mean. Our work spans brand films, documentary storytelling, campaign production, and cultural IP — all grounded in clear briefs, defined audiences, and intentional creative perspectives. Based in Brampton, Ontario, we draw inspiration from one of Canada's most culturally vibrant creative communities. Everything we do is guided by a belief that culture matters and that meaningful connection is the ultimate goal.
We are a startup. That means this role is not rigid, not templated, and not for someone who needs to be told what to do next.
We're looking for a Brand Management Intern.
The Role
This is a full-time remote position focused on supporting and shaping the studio's brand presence across digital and offline channels. You'll be the go-to person for the studio's public identity, managing two accounts — the studio (@ashesharorastudios) and the founder's personal creative channel (@byashesharora). Two distinct voices. One cohesive vision.
This is not a content scheduling job. This is brand identity work. You'll assist with brand strategy development, maintain brand guidelines, plan and execute social media and content calendars, coordinate campaign assets, and support the creation of decks, case studies, and marketing materials. You'll conduct market and audience research, track performance metrics, and surface insights that inform creative and strategic decisions. And you'll collaborate closely with creative, production, and client-facing teams to make sure everything we put out reflects who we are.
Who You Are
Versatile, adaptable, and a self-starter. You take initiative without waiting for a brief. You have a distinct creative flair and a genuine point of view. You speak the language of the creative industries and know how to translate that into content that connects with a global audience.
You understand branding and identity systems, not just posting schedules. You have a global perspective, you're plugged into where culture is moving, and you already know how AI is reshaping creative work. You're comfortable working independently in a remote environment and you communicate proactively.
Qualifications
Strong brand and marketing acumen, including an understanding of brand positioning, audience insights, and competitive landscape. Foundational skills in Video Editing, social media management, content planning, and digital storytelling across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Basic design literacy and familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to adapt tone and voice across formats. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage timelines and collaborate across teams. A genuine curiosity about culture, film, and visual storytelling. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Film, Design, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
Bonus if you're already plugged into the AI creative and filmmaking conversation.
Growth
If you're the right fit, this doesn't stay an internship. There is real potential to grow into a formalized role as AAS scales. We're building a team and we want the right people in it for the long run.
To Apply
Send your resume to [email protected] — but a resume alone will not get a response. Your application is only complete with a portfolio or creative brief that shows us how you think. That's what we're actually looking at.
Remote, open to candidates based in India Paid internship, full-time [email protected]
Three questions we'd love you to answer in your application:
- Walk us through a piece of content you made. Not what it was — why you made the creative decisions you did. What were you trying to say, and how did you decide to say it that way?
- What does it mean to build a brand on social media in 2026, when everyone has access to the same tools, the same trends, and the same platforms?
- AI is changing how creative work is made and distributed. How are you using it in your own process, and where do you think it fits in a studio building at the intersection of storytelling and technology?
