Job Summary:
We are looking for a self-motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Freelancer to generate leads, connect with potential buyers, and close property sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through social media, referrals, and networking.
- Contact and follow up with potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits.
- Explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales team for documentation and deal closure.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Experience in real estate sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and social media.
- Own smartphone and internet access.
