Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end D2C logistics operations while ensuring strict TAT adherence.
- Coordinate with courier partners, warehouses, and internal teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor dispatch, delivery, RTO, RTV, POD, and shipment exceptions to ensure timely closures.
- Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports, trackers, and operational dashboards using MS Excel.
- Perform data reconciliation and root cause analysis for delays, mismatches, and operational issues.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in ERP and logistics management systems.
- Resolve operational issues independently with minimal follow-up.
- Respond promptly to operational queries, emails, and escalations with clear and actionable updates.
- Track key logistics KPIs and proactively highlight risks with data-backed insights.
- Maintain high accuracy, productivity, and operational efficiency in daily activities.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Lookup Functions, MIS Reporting, Data Reconciliation).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Experience in D2C logistics, supply chain, or operations.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict TATs.
- High sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Fast learner with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with ERP or logistics management systems is preferred.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of driving issue resolution independently.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
