Eligibility Criteria
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience in Food Production/Kitchen Operations
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Food Production techniques and kitchen operations
- Practical training and demonstration skills
- Hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Inventory and kitchen equipment handling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct practical sessions and laboratory demonstrations in Food Production
- Train students in culinary techniques, kitchen operations, and safety standards
- Maintain laboratory equipment and kitchen facilities
- Support faculty in academic and practical activities
- Assist in workshops, events, and industry-oriented training sessions
Pay: ₹9,105.55 - ₹43,982.01 per month
