Job Description:
We are hiring an RO + DQ Plant Operator for operating and maintaining water treatment systems in a pharmaceutical/manufacturing unit. The candidate should have knowledge of Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Deionized/Distilled Quality (DQ) water systems, monitoring plant operations, and maintaining water quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor RO + DQ water treatment plants
- Check water quality parameters and maintain records
- Perform routine cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance of the plant
- Handle filter replacement, regeneration, and troubleshooting activities
- Ensure proper functioning of pumps, valves, and pipelines
- Follow GMP, safety, and company SOP guidelines
- Maintain daily operation logs and reports
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma or relevant experience in water treatment plant operations
- Basic knowledge of RO, DQ, and water purification systems
- Understanding of GMP and safety standards
- Ability to work in shifts
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
