Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the Indian professional services sector.
Develop and implement tailored business development strategies to penetrate the market effectively.
Identify and connect with key decision-makers in target organizations to generate leads.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including delivery and pre-sales, to create customized solutions for clients.
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop region-specific campaigns and materials.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Provide regular updates and reports to management on business development activities and progress.
Qualifications & Requirements
BE / BSC Computers / BCA + MBA Marketing .
6+ months experience in Inside Sales/Business Development relates roles.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
