We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help increase brand awareness, parent engagement, and student enrollments.
Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to promote the preschool's programs, events, and admissions. The ideal candidate has experience in social media marketing, content creation, lead generation, and digital advertising, with a passion for education and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Advertising
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase inquiries and enrollments.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for lead generation and ROI.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns for prospective and current parents.
Social Media Management
- Plan and execute social media content calendars.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos showcasing preschool activities and achievements.
- Manage social media communities by responding to comments and messages.
- Increase follower growth and engagement across digital platforms.
Content Creation
- Develop compelling content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media channels.
- Capture and edit photos and videos of classroom activities, events, and parent testimonials.
- Ensure all content aligns with the preschool's brand voice and values.
Website & SEO
- Maintain and update the preschool website with current information, events, and admissions details.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and website traffic.
- Track website performance using analytics tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in education, childcare, or service industries.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience marketing schools, preschools, daycare centers, or educational institutions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
- Understanding of local community marketing and parent-focused campaigns.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
