Summary:
As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will also perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work, contributing to the overall success of the projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the technical architecture design and implementation.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Mentor junior team members in technical skills.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce trends and technologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
- Expertise in Salesforce integration with external systems.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security and data management best practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
