- Identify training needs through discussions with department heads and performance reviews.
- Prepare annual and monthly training calendars as per organizational requirements.
- Coordinate and organize internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training records, attendance sheets, and training databases.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback forms, assessments, and performance improvements.
- Conduct induction and on boarding training for new employees.
- Monitor employee skill development and competency enhancement programs.
- Ensure compliance with training requirements related to ISO, IATF, safety, quality, and company policies.
- Prepare training reports, presentations, and MIS for management review.
- Coordinate with trainers, consultants, and training institutes for specialized programs.
- Support employee development initiatives, succession planning, and career development activities.
- Maintain training budgets and monitor training expenses.

- Coordinate celebrations such as birthdays, festivals, annual events, and employee recognition programs.

- Coordinate CSR and social engagement activities as per company requirements.

Skills Required:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of training need analysis (TNA).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of HR processes and employee development.
Qualification:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in Training & Development (Manufacturing industry preferred).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
