Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Revenue Executive who can generate revenue by consulting and closing clients over phone calls, video meetings, and online platforms. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidence in sales, and a strong commitment to achieving monthly revenue targets.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- Timing: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Work Mode: Office Based
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Closing
- Attend inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Understand client requirements and business challenges.
- Present company services professionally.
- Conduct consultation and follow-up calls.
- Convert leads into paying clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Increase company revenue through effective client acquisition.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
CRM & Reporting
- Update lead status in CRM/software daily.
- Submit daily call reports and revenue reports.
- Track follow-ups and client communication records.
- Ensure proper documentation of client discussions.
Required Skills
- Excellent Hindi and English communication.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Confidence in handling client objections.
- Ability to work under revenue targets.

Pay: ₹9,768.47 - ₹33,791.51 per month
