Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to generate leads and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
- Generate leads via calls, emails, social media, and meetings
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Present and promote products/services to prospective customers
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve strategies
- Track and report sales performance using CRM tools
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or similar role (freshers may apply in some companies)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
