Job Title: Plant Head
Reports To: Director
Job Summary
Lead end-to-end plant operations to achieve production, quality, safety, cost, and delivery targets while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee production, maintenance, quality, engineering, EHS, and plant administration.
- Ensure achievement of production and quality objectives within budget.
- Drive productivity, cost optimization, and operational excellence initiatives (Lean, TPM, 5S, Kaizen).
- Ensure statutory, safety, environmental, and quality compliance.
- Monitor plant KPIs, improve equipment efficiency, and minimize downtime.
- Develop and lead plant teams through performance management and capability building.
- Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and other functions for seamless operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 12–15 years of manufacturing experience, including experience in leading plant operations or a similar leadership role.
Work Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
