About the Role
Gleuhr Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a qualified MD Dermatologist to join our growing team of aesthetic and wellness professionals. The ideal candidate should have excellent clinical knowledge, patient consultation skills, and an interest in aesthetic dermatology and cosmetology. The selected candidate will undergo structured training on the company's treatment protocols and clinical procedures before joining the assigned branch.
Training Details
- Duration: 15–30 Days
- Training Type: Unpaid (During the training period, the Company will reimburse the candidate's train travel expenses, PG accommodation, and meal expenses upon successful completion of the training).
- Training Location: Chandigarh Branch
- Salary: Salary will commence only after successful completion of the training and joining at the assigned branch.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat skin, hair, and nail disorders.
- Conduct detailed patient consultations and clinical assessments.
- Recommend and perform dermatological and aesthetic treatments as per company protocols.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Perform aesthetic procedures such as skin rejuvenation, chemical peels, laser treatments, and other dermatology procedures within the scope of expertise.
- Educate patients regarding treatment plans, skincare routines, and post-procedure care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Ensure adherence to clinical, ethical, and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with therapists and clinic staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Maintain high patient satisfaction and support business growth through ethical patient counseling.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: MD / DNB in Dermatology (Recognized Medical Institution).
- Valid medical registration.
- Freshers as well as experienced dermatologists are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.
- Professional attitude with strong clinical decision-making ability.
- Willingness to undergo 15–30 days of unpaid training in Chandigarh.
- Ready to relocate to Mumbai, Pune, or Ahmedabad after successful completion of training.
Company Policy
- A 2-Year Employment Agreement is mandatory.
- The agreement will be signed at the time of joining.
- Salary will start only after successful completion of the training period and reporting to the assigned branch.
Working Schedule
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Weekly Off: 1 day per week on an alternate basis from Monday to Friday.
- Saturday & Sunday: Working Days.
