Educational Qualification
Candidates from the following technical backgrounds are eligible:
- B.Tech
- B.E
- BCA
- Diploma
- B.Sc (Computer Science)
Note: B.Com candidates are not eligible.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot desktop and laptop issues
- Install, configure, and support Windows operating systems
- Provide basic networking support
- Handle printer installation and hardware troubleshooting
- Deliver end-user technical support
- Resolve software and system-related issues
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation
- Maintain IT assets and support documentation
Required Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Windows OS installation and configuration
- Basic understanding of networking concepts
- Experience with printer and hardware support
- Good communication and user-handling skills
- Familiarity with ticketing tools and remote support
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in desktop support
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused attitude
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Employment Type
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
