Experienced Cart Manager / Shift Supervisor needed to oversee outlet operations during assigned shifts. Dual responsibility role covering front-of-
house cart management, team leadership, sales targets, FSSAI compliance, and customer service excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up, manage, and close the cart as per SOP; ensure stock, packaging, and consumables are replenished throughout the shift
- Monitor order flow, counter speed, and kitchen coordination to ensure timely, accurate fulfilment
- Lead and assign shift team — crew, cashiers, and support staff — based on footfall and operational needs
- Coach team on service standards, SOPs, and product knowledge; monitor attendance, grooming, and punctuality
- Drive shift sales targets through upselling, combo promotions, and team suggestive selling
- Handle guest complaints and escalations professionally in English or Hindi; monitor satisfaction levels
- Ensure full FSSAI compliance — enforce FIFO, food temperature checks, labelling, and hygiene protocols across the cart
- Conduct shift hygiene audits; report food safety incidents, equipment faults, or violations immediately
- Track raw material usage, minimise wastage, and flag shortages to the manager
- Complete cash tally, billing reconciliation, and accurate shift-end reports — sales summary, wastage log, attendance
- Follow Opening and Closing SOPs diligently every shift
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and serviced; report breakdowns and follow up on resolution
- Train new joiners on brand SOPs, food safety, customer service, and POS operations
- Support product launches, promotional activities, and seasonal menu rollouts at the cart level.
Skills & Requirements:
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience
- Strong FSSAI and food safety knowledge
- POS, cash handling & billing proficiency
- English & Hindi fluency (spoken & written)
- Basic MS Office / ERP reporting skills
- 4–6 yrs experience in QSR / restaurant operations
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
