Placement Coordinator

- Establish and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry professionals to create placement opportunities for students.
- Coordinate and organize campus recruitment drives, interviews, and career fairs.
- Prepare and maintain an updated database of students, placement records, and potential employers.
- Guide and support students in preparing resumes, interview skills, and soft skills to enhance employability.
- Communicate placement policies, schedules, and updates to students and faculty.
- Collaborate with training teams to align student skillsets with market requirements.
- Follow up with recruiters to track placement outcomes and gather feedback.
- Prepare periodic reports on placement statistics and outcomes for management review.
- Promote the institution's placement success stories across relevant platforms.

Experience:1–3 years in placement coordination, recruitment, or career counseling

Job Location:Saket, New Delhi

Salary:(Depends on experience, skills, and interview)

Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
