Raisa Energy is looking for a skilled and technically driven Technical Engineer to join our growing operations in the field of solar panel dismantling, recycling, and precious metal recovery.

Raisa Energy works in the renewable recycling sector, focusing on dismantling damaged and scrap solar panels and developing efficient systems for material recovery and processing. We are building innovative and sustainable recycling solutions for the solar industry.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle and supervise machinery used in solar panel dismantling and recycling
- Assist in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment
- Monitor operational efficiency and machine performance
- Support process optimization and technical improvements in plant operations
- Coordinate with production and chemical processing teams
- Ensure safety standards and operational protocols are maintained
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related Engineering field
- Basic understanding of industrial machinery and technical operations
- Knowledge of motors, conveyors, shredders, hydraulic systems, or industrial equipment is preferred
- Problem-solving and maintenance skills
- Freshers with practical technical knowledge are welcome to apply
Preferred Skills
- Experience in industrial plants, recycling units, or manufacturing operations
- Understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Interest in renewable energy and recycling industries
