Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- Experience with cloud service management and monitoring tools related to Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues.
- Familiarity with incident management and root cause analysis techniques.
- Ability to work with scripting and automation tools to streamline support tasks.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
