We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Freelance Sales Trainer to conduct a 1–2 day intensive training program for our interns and sales team. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical, result-oriented training focused on real estate sales techniques, client handling, and conversion strategies.
This is not a full-time role, but a short-term engagement for specific training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver a structured 1–2 day training program on real estate sales.
- Train interns and employees on:
- Lead generation and qualification
- Client communication & relationship building
- Property pitching and presentation skills
- Handling objections and closing deals
- Site visit coordination and follow-ups
- Conduct interactive sessions, role-plays, and real-life case discussions.
- Share practical insights, scripts, and sales strategies relevant to the real estate industry.
- Assess participant performance and provide actionable feedback.
- Suggest improvements for the company’s sales process (if required).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of real estate sales cycle.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate freshers as well as experienced sales professionals.
- Experience in conducting short-term, high-impact training programs.
Preferred Profile:
- Background in real estate sales, brokerage, or property consulting.
- Prior experience training interns or entry-level sales teams.
- Ability to customize training content based on company requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
