Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, audience engagement, and performance analytics. This role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to build a strong online brand presence.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
3. Create content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules.
4. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and build community engagement.
5. Collaborate with the marketing, design, and sales teams to execute campaigns.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
7. Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
8. Optimize campaigns based on insights and performance metrics.
9. Coordinate with influencers and brand partners for collaborations.
10. Manage paid social media campaigns when required.
11. Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
0-1 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and best practices.
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
Experience with content planning and scheduling tools.
Basic graphic design and video editing knowledge is preferred.
Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Skills Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
Experience in influencer marketing and community management. Understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals.
