Area Expansion Manager – Distributor & Wholesaler Onboarding

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced sales professional to drive market expansion by appointing and managing distributors and wholesalers in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and onboard distributors and wholesalers
* Develop new markets and expand distribution networks
* Achieve primary and secondary sales targets
* Build strong relationships with channel partners
* Conduct market visits and analyze competitor activities
* Ensure distributor activation, training, and business growth
* Monitor stock availability, sales performance, and market coverage
* Maintain reports and provide market feedback
Requirements:
* 3–5 years of FMCG sales experience
* Experience in distributor appointment and market expansion
* Strong knowledge of FMCG distribution and wholesale markets
* Good negotiation and relationship management skills
* Familiarity with DMS/SFA tools and sales reporting
* Willingness to travel extensively
Preferred:
* Experience in Beverage, FMCG, or Alco-bev industry
* Existing distributor network is an advantage
